Cancellation Policy
Please advise: Due to the amount of No-Shows and/or last minute cancellations, I am now asking for a 24 hr notice for cancellations or to reschedule. If you fail to comply with the cancellation policy, no-shows will be charged 100% of service and cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. Please note that certain situations will be evaluated and could possibly receive no penalties. ALSO, for rescheduling, a client may reschedule a confirmed appointment one time, if a need to reschedule continues to occur, a deposit WILL be required in order to reschedule the appointment.
